CARD READER PROBLEMS Some computers have the "enable" option turned on wich conflicts with various serial devices like our card readed and dexterity tests. If your computer has problems communicating with the card reader or the dexterity tests, please try these steps:

1. Select START, RUN
2. Type "msconfig" and select OK
3. Select the SYSTEM.INI tab
4. Press the "+" sign to the left of 386ENH
5. UNCHECK the option that sais "device=*enable"
6. Select APPLY
7. Select OK
8. When asked to reboot, select YES
9. After the computer restarts, try the card reader/dexterity test and see if they work
